Replacement of fixing jigs for the corrugate tube

We replaced fixing jigs for the corrugate tube. Three brackets were replaced one by one in turn of (3), (4), (2). Since #(3) bracket had a mismat on the space for collet, it was returned. The gaps between the top chamber and the box frame were measured near the jacks for the chamber. The jacks have been released. Maximum change was 0.4mm.

We continued replacement of the fixing jigs for the corrugate tube. Six tierods were replaced one by one in turn of (1)~(6). The gaps between the top chamber and the box frame were measured near the jacks for the chamber. Maximum change was 0.2mm.
