Because the measured point of the fitting range was too small in previous calibration,
we tried to do calibration for IX TM length oplev again.
The result showed
10.06[cnt/mm] as described in Fig.1.
According to this result and optical layout measurement reesults in klog17461, new calibration factor is 439.5 um/cnt.
This value is 1-2% larger than before but not so drastic change.
