[Kasamatsu, Chiba, Yokozawa]

Now we can read DC QPD values for EXC oplev except for the MN T DC QPD.

1. As a remaining task from last week, we tried to cable to whitening chassis.
We cabled totally 6 cabling. Two for PF YPL oplevs, two for MN YRT oplevs and two for MN YPL oplevs.
For symmetry, we used 20 m Dsub 15 pin cables for new four MN oplevs and 30 m for new two PF oplevs.
But due to the lack of cable length in 20 m (Totally, 25 m is best for Type-A oplevs)
we added 5 m cables and all cable are connected to whitening filter circuits.

2. We prepared PF light source, fiber and fiber collimator

3. We set DC QPD circuits to oplev frame
We couldn't set one circuit due to some missing in the frame, I will check later

4. We connected the Dsub 15pin cable to each DC QPD and confirmed to read the DC QPD data by digital system.
