[Model]
Changed the BS Tower model (k1visbst.mdl) to a new model (TOWER_MASTER/TOWER_MASTER), and changed the Payload model (k1visbsp.mdl) to a new model (PAYLOAD_MASTER/PAYLOAD_MASTER).
This work makes the configuration the same as other Type-B.

Set the following values to release WD and DK:
 K1:VIS-BS_TM_WD_OPLEVAC_RMS_MX: 0 -> 10000

Tower:
 The following definition was removed because it does not exist.
 BS_{BF,F0,F1}_DCCTRL_GAS
 BS_IP_DCCTRL_{L,T,Y} 
 The following values have been renamed
 BS_BF_WD_AC_BANDLIM_GAS -> BS_BF_WD_AC_BANDLIM_LVDT_GAS

Payload:
 The following definitions have been removed

 The following values have been renamed
 BS_IM_OLDCCTRL_{P,Y} to BS_IM_OLDAMP_{P,Y}

Increase/decrease of EPICS channels :
 Almost the same as other Type-B.
