Fixed that ACC and VEL of Picomotor Ch1 was different from other Ch2 to 4.

When running Picomotor with Script(happy_pico_start), only Ch1 was setting ACC and VEL to 500 when Script was started.
The other Ch2 through Ch4 were set to the default value of 2000, or to that value if it was intentionally set.
When Script is used this time, it has been corrected to start with ACC and VEL set to 1000 for all channels Ch1 to 4.
