We finished three out of six and will continue this work tomorrow.

We continued the MN/PF OpLev base installation (figure 1 and 2 shows MN and PF OpLev base, respectively).
During the work, we found the gap between flanges on cryostat and one conversion flange from ICF 253 to ICF 152 seems not uniform.
So, MN OpLev base for that flange is not installed and we plan to work with Kimura-san next week.
The other 5 bases are installed and adjusted the inclination of optical tables by using levels.
We used 5 Technoport viewports deliverred in 2021 (#6 to #10) and T-support viewport deliverred in 2017 (#2)
Installed viewports positions are summarized in wiki page.
[Kimura, Ushiba]
Today, I and Kimura-san investigated the flange at EXC reported in klog in last week.
The difference of the gap at narrowest and widest part is about 0.05 mm.
So, we added the torque (15 Nm -> 18 Nm -> 18 Nm).
After adding the torque, the gap difference is still 0.05mm but the absolute value decreased 0.1 mm, which is larger than the gap difference.
So, we concluded that we can proceed the opLev base installation work and have already installed the final base.
