Laser shutter driver
Present shutter implementation seems to be not safe.

G6K-2P-Y DC 5 (5V relay in switch box) requires 21.5mA and actually more than 20mA flows when DC power supply is connected to BNC port of switch box.

However Dsub-BNC (DAC) converter cannot provide such a large current.
LT1125 is used as the last stage of Dsub-BNC converter.

We need to modify the implementation of beam shutter ASAP and we might have to stop using it until modification.

Spare shutter switch was able to be driven by BIO on the test stand.
Fig1 and Fig2 show the turn ON (== 1) and turn OFF (== 0), respectively.

-----
Setup:
BIO: using the 24th bit on the test model.
BIO-Dsub converter: with +18V, JP24 is connected.
Switch box: with +/- 24V

In the case that JP24 is opened, shutter switch cannot be driven.
