On Mar. 9.: YamaT, Miyo, Akutsu

Observed where the beam spot on MCe (Fig. 1), MCi, MCo (Fig. 2) and STM1 (Fig. 3). Depending on the mirror, we found they were displaced from the center of the mirror. For example, the beam spot on MCe is at the edge (+X) of the mirror as shown in Fig. 1. On STM1, it is slightly displaced both in pitch and yaw as shown in Fig. 3. There might be several reasons for these displacement, and one possibility is that the voltage into the IP PZTs in the PSL room would not properly provided, but this is not a definite thought... the Dsub to BNC circuit (S1605873) to which the PZTs are connected is in wonder now, so we are not sure.

Anyway, we tried to center the oplevs of MCe and MCo and saw what will be the situation, but found we could not move the pico of MCo, as already reported in 16198.
