The fiber laser in the PSL room was recovered with the assist of Nakano-kun and Uchiyama-kun.

Firstly, the interlock of the laser power monitor should be reset by pushing "LATCH RST" in the gray box that is situated at the entrance door of the PSL room as shown in the photo.

Basically, the recovery manual is here. However, at this time, the followings are different from the instruction

• 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 are swapped: After the power outage, the seed laser controller key is left to be ON position, the "Red" color off indicator is on, and the dial values for current is left to be at 7.66. So I should set the controller key at the "OFF" position, and turn the dial for the current to be zero. After that, I turned the key at "ON" position, then push the "Green" ON button and set the current dial again at 7.66 gradually.
• The key position of the NuAMP controller is also left at "ON" position that is symbolized by a triangle shape mark after the power outage. So we should set the key at the "circle mark" position.  After that, firstly we should set the key at the "bar" position and wait about 10 seconds. After that, we should set the key at  "ON" position that is symbolized by a triangle shape mark.
• Of course, the PC for the NuAMP was down after the power outage. So we should turn on this PC in the pre-room. You can enter this windows machine with ID: kagra, pass: *******(secret).
•  After we run the Nufern NuAMP software, we should select DAQmax Device in the control window. At this time the only Dev1 was shown, while "Dev3" is declared in the manual. Anyway, at this time, "Dev1" should be selected.

At this time, I did not increase the current in the Nufern NuAMP controller.
