We monitored the IP to make sure it did not exceed ±1000 [um], as venting was supposed to be done up to 0.1 atm.
As a result, we ended up with 2.5 kPa.
The IP did not fluctuate too much and we did not need to move the stepper motor.

Continuing the IY Venting work from yesterday, I moved the IP stepper motor so that the IP would not exceed ±1000 [um].
At 17:45, the values were as follows
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_L_INMON:-15
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_P_INMON:90
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_Y_INMON:-96
K1:VAC-PRESSURE_Y_IYA: 57000
After that, I handed over to miyo-san.
I continued the offloading work after ikeda-san left.
Now, at 22:16, the LVDT signals of L, T, V are about -250um, -200um, -650urad, respectively, and pressure is around atmospheric pressure (abobut 94kPa).
So, I will go home.
Today I was checking the IP values again by ITMY venting.
Since the previous #16091 indicated that IP H2 (motor B) might be attached to the end and the coupling was too severe to move the stepper motor, we only observed the value.
At 17:00, the values were as follows
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_L_INMON:746
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_P_INMON:4280
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_Y_INMON:-746
K1:VAC-PRESSURE_Y_IYA: 65000
Check the values again on completion.
Here is the report up to yesterday's completion.
I checked the IP value by ITMY venting.
At 8:40, the values were as follows
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_L_INMON:493
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_P_INMON:4194
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_Y_INMON:-762
K1:VAC-PRESSURE_Y_IYA: 98000
I have confirmed the problem reported in KLog#16115, where H2 was attached.
As you can see in the photo, it was attached to the limit switch on the R side of H2.
The other H1 and H3 were not attached to the limit switch.
However, H1, H2, and H3 are all moving in the same direction, and we believe that they are rotating in the YAW direction.
We will discuss the release of the limit switches at a later date.
