I uploaded pictures in the album ETMX Remedying work, including the notes about the positions of the blade spring bases in F0, which determine the amount of compression.

1. Attached the balde holding jig to each blade. To fit the jig to the shape with the keystone, the compression was reduced.
2. Disconnected the cables from the LVDT coils.
3. Removed all blades with the jigs.
4. Removed the keystone with the primary coil.
5. Found the secondary coil was broken. Removed the secondary coil.
6. Repaired the secondary coil. Extended the lead cables.

1. Inserted the wire through the secondary coil.
2. Fixed the secondary coil on the yoke plate.
3. Attached the yoke plate on the F0 base.
4. Inserted the keyston with the primary coil from the top.
5. Adjusted the height of keystone to -15mm, and fixed it.
6. Connected cables from the LVDT coils to the D-sub connector.
7. Set the blades, and fixed it at the keyston and the blade clamp.

On Friday we put the blades bent by their respective jigs back onto the F0 base. Today

• We removed the jigs holding and
• Adjusted the of the blades 2 mm at the time.
• We finished three rounds of adjustment and we will continue tomorrow.

Today we did several rounds of adjustment of the compression of the blades. According to the current positions of the bases of the blades we will need one more round before the final fine adjustment.

• We finished the coarse adjustment of the compression of the blades.
• Blades 1,3, 4 and 5 require additional fine adjustment as the postion of the bases are still more 0.5 mm from the initial position before removal. See this notebook page for details.
• In order to begin putting back together the keystone assembly we removed the cable tie attached to the suspension rod head we used to pull it up. According to Type-A team the rod won't unhook from F1.
• Tomorrow we will move the keystone down to hook the suspension rod nail head into the receptacle and finish the assembly.
