[Yamada, mTakahashi, Ushiba]

We started to install the MN/PF OpLev base at IXC.
First, we installed ICF253-ICF152 conversion franges and viewport on the conversion franges.
Then, OpLev base was installed on the conversion franges (pictures 1 and 2).

After fixing the base on the franges, we aligned the optical table by using levels (picture 3).
Then, we installed wind shields on the base and complete the installation (picture 4, 5, and 6).

One viewport which was installed before O3 was used and other five will be used from FY 2021 version of Technoport deliverred on Febrary in this year.
