Some suspensions are not SAFE.

Some suspensions are not in SAFE state according to sitemap/VIS_OVERVIEW.adl.

  woker status troubles
ITMY Nishimoto LOCALDAMPED is requested by Nishimoto-kun for his master thesis.

DAC is overflow.

Although the master switch is opened, the SDF system with safe.snap did not say any differencies about the master switch because someone accept this unsafe situation in Sat Jan 23 19:19:01 2021.
BS Fabian Some EPICS channels are changed for TF measurement by Fabian. not trouble but these changed channels should be reverted or accepted if woker does not use.
MCI IOO team? IOO team aligne it Please align it by VIS_MANAGER guardian
MCE IOO team? IOO team aligne it Please align it by VIS_MANAGER guardian
MCO IOO team? IOO team aligne it Please align it by VIS_MANAGER guardian

Although we will start the suspension commissioning for only type-Bp from February, troubles for other suspensions should be resolved by workers. please.

The problems are resolved except ITMY.

ITMY
I revert the ITMY suspension by Guardian to SAFE state, and accept the differences which Noshimoto-kun had accepted in that day.
After that, although the GAS output is satulateing, I requested the ITMY to LOCALDAMPED because Nishimoto-kun wanted to maintain the optical lever in its center position during CRY experiment until end of February

Fabian reverted the differences.

IMCs
I reverted the suspentions to SAFE.
