I found the toggle switch at rear pannel was turned off on the circuit of IP and was turned on that of GAS.
It means that the IP circuit did not supply the power by using the local power switch, and the GAS circuit did not do that by using the BIO.
So I turned off the all toggle switch for that and confirmed the network connection between the TMCM after turn on the BIO with EPICS channel of "K1:VIS-ETMY_BO_ENCODE_STEP_IP_SW".
Then, I confirmed that there are no problem about the stepper motor and picomotor on ETMY. Now we can access these drivers.
