Replacement of the TF blades was finished.

1. Mounted three blades with the hoding jig onto the TF plate.
2. Adjusted the height of the keystone.
3. Connected the tip of blades to the keystone.
4. Fixed the blades by the clamp.
5. Removed the holding jigs.
6. Fastened the screws for the blade clamps and the keystone.
7. Attached the yaw FR with the limit switches to the top plate.
8. Mounted the ballast weight on the top plate.
