Hirata, Yano, Akutsu

As the chamber EYC will be to be in vacuum, and because the new WAB traverser contains some vacuum-incompatible parts, we need to detach the new WAB traverser. To do so we need to move the WAB back to the nominal position once, so we did it. The new traverser will be modified soon, and then with the modified version the traverser can be detached without movin back the WAB... hopefully.
