Implement the Prequa models in TypeA

We fixed the trouble in yesterday and could implement the Prequa models in each Tyep-A machine: k1ix1, k1iy1, k1ex1, k1ey1.

Yesterday trouble was caused by the wrong DCUID. We found that we must not use the ID from 13, 14.
After we use correct IDs, we could install the Prequa in IX, EX and EY. but we need to stop the pem model which have a seismometer in each Type-A machines due to the cpu number in each machine.
Anyway, we could confirmed that all Prequa models (modal, mon, tower, payload) work in each Type-A system when pem model was stoped.
So we stop the pem model and move the seismometer block to the tower models of Type-A. However, we could not run the new tower model which include the seismometer block because of some bugs in the block.
Then, we stop the modal model for Prequa so that the pem model can run in the each Type-A machines to measure the seismic noise.

tomorrow night, when our work will not conflict to someone's work, we will find a solution to move the seismometer block to tower model to run both the pem model and modal model in type-A system.

Today, we could install the Prequa system in each Type-A suspension completely. Now, the seismometer in each 2nd floor are running in the tower models in each Type-A model.

And I left some memo here for hoping this would be helpful; in the prequa guardian script,

a log phase in a certain block for non-conditional exception is the same as that in "try" block.
a direct name "ITMY" is still left at several lines, and they have to be replace with a proper variable-phrase like %s before applying the guardian to the other suspension (at that time they are at l.535, 616, and 617).

ITMX, ETMX, ETMY came back to ALIGNED state using snapshots at 5:40 on Aug. 1st.
ITMY is still in TWR_DAMPED using a snapshot at 23:00 on Aug. 5th.
