Actuator efficiency ratio between ITMX_TM and ETMX_TM
[Nakano, Yamamoto]
(This is a yesterday's work.)

We measured transfer functions from ITMX and ETMX to CARM control signals with X-arm cavity lock.

Excitation point: K1:VIS-{I, E}TMX_TM_SUMOUT_L_EXC
A channels: K1:VIS-{I, E}TMX_TM_SUMOUT_L_EXC
B channels: K1:LSC-CARM_SERVO_FAST_DAQ_OUT_DQ, K1:LSC-MCL_OUT_DQ, K1:CAL-CS_PROC_CARM_FREQUENCY_DQ

Actuator efficiency ratio between IX and EX can be estimated as follows.

 A_EX               B channels             K1:VIS-ITMX_TM_SUMOUT_L_EXC
------- = ----------------------------- * -----------------------------
 A_IX      K1:VIS-ETMX_TM_SUMOUT_L_EXC              B channels

(A_EX / A_IX)
= 0.8674 +/- 0.0059 [with K1:LSC-CARM_SERVO_FAST_DAQ_OUT_DQ]
= 0.8667 +/- 0.0028 [with K1:LSC-MCL_OUT_DQ]
= 0.8645 +/- 0.0032 [with K1:CAL-CS_PROC_CARM_FREQUENCY_DQ]

Absolute values with my templates:

ETMX:5.4e-12 m/cnts @ SUMOUT
ITMX:6.1e-12 m/cnts @ SUMOUT

Measured data:
(A_MCE * V_MCE + A_AO * V_AO)/(f^2*Vexc) = A_ITMX,
Where A_MCE and A_AO are actuaor efficiency of MCE and AO path, V_AO and V_MCE are control signal of each path, and Vexc is the excitation signal to IMX. Denominator Vexc (K1:VIS-ITMX_TM_SUMOUT_L_OUT) is calibrated with zpk([],[0,0],1), and numerator is using reconsracted CARM signal.
