[Kokeyama, Michimura, Nakano, Enomoto]

We made some change on UGF servo of MICH lock, and the UGF servo worked properly! See attached picture. Gain at the frequency of a certain calbration line is locked to be unity.
Current configuration of the UGF servo is shown in the attached diagram. Previously the order of divideng point and Test2 point was opposite.
