Since coil driver of ETMY was replaced, I did coil balancing of ETMY.
The method is same as before but I did manually because we don't have Lock-in amp at TM stage for Type-A and cannot use Michimura-san's script.

Basically coil balancing was not chnged (within several %)

I changed H1 gain from 0.27 to 0.275.
I also changed H3 gain from -0.407 to -0.392.
