MC servo: 100 kHz LPF implemented and brought back to Kaiseki-tou to see a problem

[Miyamoto, Enomoto]

We added circuit elements as follows to implement 100 kHz LPF to the common path (see JGW-S1503869). The LPF is realized on a generic filter stage just before the split point between slow path and fast path (see JGW-D1503567).
Exchanged elements:
R130: 0 -> 1k
R131: NL -> 1
C206: NL -> 1.5 nF

Additionally, we embedded screw holes for D-sub connectors to it (see attached pictures; we took screw hole parts from the bag show in the pictures, which is put close to the "circuit element file").

[Nakano, Enomoto]

After above work, we found that IN2 input VGA did not work properly. Output is always ~ -10 V. This problem might have occurred during removing work of the board from IOO rack or re-installing work to IOO rack.
We brought it back to Kaiseki-tou. We will investigate the problem tomorrow.

Another thing to be noted is we now have problems in IMC model. Channel names went crazy. We also will work on this tomorrow.
