The DC monitor of RF-PD has a electrical problem. In order to operate the RF-PD correctly, either replace U2 or removal of C31 is required. I removed C31 of enclosure S/N_002. In addition, I made remodeling to replace U2 with AD8597 on enclosure S/N_003.
