ETMY TM coil driver replaced to a normal HPCD

  • As titled.
  • We adjusted coil balance of the ETMY TM by measuring peak heights from each actuator's excitation at 13 Hz.
    • The balancing factors are implemented as gain values of the COILOUTF module.

Overall gain of the coil driver was reduced by half due to the exchange of the coil driver chassis.
This change is now corrected by changing ETMY_TM_SUMOUT_{L, P, Y}_GAIN as from 1.0 to 2.0.
