Since PR3 had junmped, I run the TF measurement script for the health check.

The attached is the TFs compared with the template data. Blue dots are of templates, and red circules are of the today's measurements.

While TFs in TM stage looks OK, the TF gain in IM stage is reduced due to the reduction of the sensor efficiency of V1 OSEM.

Also, the IM seems to be almost rubbing according to the low Q values and low gain in roll, where V1 is not used.

We might be able to go with this state, but it is not in a good state anyway.
