I implemented new damping filter for ITMY.
First, I copied filters from ETMY that Nakano-kun made and it can be closed the loop.
However, sveral problem occurs when I just copied.
Followings are problems and what I did.

Gain peaking at 1.4Hz:  I modifid the lead filter in MN_MNOLDAMP_Y (TMY has lead filter for 1 Hz but ITMX has lead filter for 1.4 Hz now).
1 Hz peak at pitch motion: I increased the gain of IM_TMOLDAMP_P (I'm not sure the current UGF so at some point it is bettr to check)
1 Hz peak at yaw motion: I added th resonant gain at MN_MNOLDAMP_Y.

attached files are current filter stting and TM OpLev spectra with damping.
As you can see, both RMS motion is less than 50 nrad.
