If your working time in the PSL room is over 30 min/ N(working people number) -> working mode,
else, quiet mode.


(1)Quiet Mode
(a) #1 cooler operation mode

Close two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room).
Operate #1(1st) cooler at 22.5C
Open fully the air flow adjuster.

Stop #2(2nd) cooler
Close its air flow adjuster.

Stop KOACHs 2 minute after the coolers operation.

(b) #2 cooler operation mode

Close two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room)
Operate #2(2nd) cooler at 22.56C
Open fully its air flow adjuster.

Stop #1(1st) cooler
Close its air flow adjuster.

Stop KOACHs 2 minute after the coolers operation.


(2)Working mode

Operate both coolers at "23.8C" with fully opening the air adjusters.
Operate KOACHs.
Open two doors (door btw outside and sound proof room and door btw pre-room and clean room) of the PSL room with 10cm space.

The attached graph shows each temp during working mode. "Booth_PSL temp(set inside the clean area)" keeps almost same temp with that before action with short time disturbance.



(The air adjuster is situated at the bottom of a duct of the precision cooler. You can slide a metal plate by hand.)
