Transfer function measurement from ETMY MNY to DARM signal

Tday, we measured the TF from ETMY_MN_SUMOUT_Y to DARM signal.
Result is attached.

Coherence between 15 Hz to 40 Hz is high.
So, probably we can measure the TF around that frequency.

However, above 40 Hz, coherence is low.
So, we should check the reproducability of the measurement.

About below 10Hz FPMI lock was lost.
So, these data is almost no meaning.

Anyway, first trial of the VIS noise budget was done.

I attach here the Pic where the calibrated TF (m/counts) is shown:

We can see that 

- @ 10 Hz the TF value is 10^15 m/counts

- the peak at 23 Hz could be a ROLL mode (maybe some coupling)

In the next days we plan to measure the others TFs and make the noise budget: work in progress..
