Viewport installed on IXA chamber

[Miyo, Michimura]

An ICF152 viewport for general use (VPZ100 S/N:216255) was installed on the IXA chamber. An attachement for the camera mount was also attached.

This viewport can be used to see the returning beam from EXA. The iris is not yet installed in the IXA chamber.

I found some names are attached to the flanges in the pic; I hope the naming is consistent with

Actually IXA has not been included in the document above, but in general if each person name each flange differently will make KAGRA more complicated...
