IM Oplev UGF raised to 1 Hz (PIT)

I updated the IM Oplev PIT control loop to raise the UGF to 1 Hz.

Attached is the comparison of the spectra of the pitch. It seems to be improved at around the micro seismic range and lower. (red: old, blue: new) 

There is a peak at around 0.65 Hz and 1.15 Hz remained. Maybe it is because of the low control gain.

Next:
- Update YAW
- Copy these to the other suspensions.

  • The previous filter DC-10s was an integrator only.
  • The new filter UGF1 includes velocity damping begining from before 200 mHz up to 10 Hz.
  • There's also notch at 4.34 Hz where there's a resonance in IM-P and RM-P.
