What is a comment?

Comments are essentially reports that are treated in a slightly different manner to a normal report.

In order to add a Comment to an existing report, first, simply select the Add Comment button, available to the right of the report Section / Task header.

Secondly, enter the Comment details in the same way in which a normal report is entered. All the same functionality applies, although it is not possible to alter the title or change the Section / Task information.

Once the Comment has been posted to the database, it is displayed in two different ways:

- as a normal report, appearing in the correct chronological order in the full list of reports;

- and also as a Comment below the related report. All Comments made to the related report are also displayed below it, again in chronological order.
